Sports climbing for beginners. When practiced as sports climbing, rock climbing is highly safe and improves overall fitness.

AIMS

To introduce the pupils to sports climbing.
To learn the techniques of belaying, movements on the rock, and abseiling.
To learn safety precautions and accident prevention

Includes: One instructor/guide for every five people, climbing and safety material, and insurances.

DAY 1

  • Introductions and presentation of the course contents

  • Basic movements on the rock
